Office 2016 language pack Patch#
Is thereĪ patch or hotfix for setup so I can just run setup without using the /config switch? We use SCCM 2012 to deploy MSOffice across the company and I cannot use the /config switch since SCCM generates the cache for the installation files which makes it hard for me to point to where the config file would be. With Office 2016, it seems that i need to use the /config switch or else when it is trying to install English, I am getting an error that it cannot find ShellUI.mst and from the logs, it seems to look for the French ShellUI.mst. I didn't even have to use the /config switch when I ran setup and it will install English on English machines and French on French machines respectively. I've done the similar in the past for both Office 20 versions and they work just fine. I've also followed what i need to do in how i set up the languages to match the OS suggested thru this link.
